Obituary of Teraranda N. Hill

Teraranda N. Hill, 39, of Troy, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020. Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of Mary N. Hill and the late Nelson Arrington. She was educated in Detroit and Troy and graduated from Troy High School. Teraranda had been a CNA at the Van Rensselaer Manor in North Greenbush. She loved to sing, cook, host parties, kids and babysitting them. She was an all around good person and will be missed by all. Beloved daughter of Mary N. Hill, loving sister of Angela L. White, Anitra Arrington, Merjhani Arrington and Nelson Boodah Arrington, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Teraranda’s visitation on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and to her Funeral Servie that day at 12 Noon both in the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115th Street and Fourth Avenue in Lansingburgh), Troy, NY 12182. For those attending, per the current guidelines, a facial covering (mask) and adherence to the six foot social distancing rules are required. Please be patient and understand that a maximum of 35 persons can gather inside the funeral home at a given time. Hand sanitizer will be available.
