Obituary of Cherie Ann Phillips

Cherie Ann Phillips, 64, of Troy, entered into eternal life on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy.

Born and educated in Troy, New York, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Laverne Higgins Phillips.

Cherie Ann was a homemaker. She enjoyed biking, buying and selling antiques and knickknacks and was a great lover of art and music.

Devoted mother of David D. DuBois, Jr., loving sister of Gary Phillips-Bouchard, Rose Huneau, the late Clifford Phillips and the late Suzzette Valez, cherished grandmother of Tye Edward Johnson, twins; Ayleea and Devon DuBois and Sincere DuBois, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and to her Funeral Service that morning at 11:00 a.m. at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115^th Street in Lansingburgh) Troy, NY 12182.

Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
