Many Cousins, friends, and selected families that she cared so deeply about. Her work families included.
Sam was born in Schenectady NY and Graduated Ballson Spa High School, attending college at Hudson Valley. She worked for many years at Express Scripts in Troy and at Samaritan Hospital.
She always had a smile on her face and a laugh, and just truly tried to enjoy life moment by moment. She loved to travel, and go to concerts with the kids. She took the girls to their first ones and was always the “fun” one. She loved to be the “life” of the party and was up for an adventure any time day or night. She enjoyed meeting new people and was a friend to so many. Samantha would help anyone without hesitation. She was selfless and kind, that's who she was.
She had a shopping obsession with clothes, purses, sunglasses and would never miss a chance to take the girls for mani/pedi's or to get their hair done. She loved to look pretty.
There was a risk taker side that made her fearless.
Her presence is going to be greatly missed by all, but we are comforted to know she is now reunited with her mom with whom she has missed so much.
Family is planning a celebration of life in NY to come together and tell all of our stories happy, sad, and even radical about Sammy. Date to be announced soon.
