Colleen W. Tyll, 71, of Clifton Park passed away peacefully on Wednesday Oct. 23, 2024 at Mary’s Haven in Saratoga Springs, NY. She was born in Cohoes, NY on February 25, 1953 and was the daughter of the late Donald J. and Mary Zeloznicki White. The family moved to Clifton Park, NY and she graduated from Shenendehowa Central High School in June of 1971. She continued her education at Maria College where she graduated in 1973 with a degree in physical therapy. Colleen worked in direct care and medical sales and service for 23 years. She met her husband Arthur J. Tyll in 1991and they married on April 5, 1997. Colleen joined her husband in their family business, North American Funding Corp. and Kapital Title and Abstract. They retired from their businesses in October of 2015. 

 

In addition to her parents, Colleen was predeceased by her husband, Arthur J. Tyll on who died  on October 9, 2015. She is the mother of Todd Michael Dusse of Clifton Park, NY; stepmother to A.J. Tyll (Christine) of Illinois, Paul Tyll (Kristi) of Michigan, Kaycie A. Gaige (Rob) of Clifton Park; Grande’ of five children; Lucy, Karl and Luke Tyll and Ethan and Olivia Gaige. Colleen also left many friends she loved dearly.  There will be no wake or services. Colleen wishes that you will donate to the charity of your choice. She will be cremated. She has asked her children, at their convenience, to spread her and Art’s ashes together in the waters of Lake George in Kaatskill Bay, Pilot Knob, where their love story began and they will rest together.
