Obituary of Gregory Lawrence Tribley

Gregory Lawrence Tribley, 59, of Dunsbach Road in Halfmoon, passed away peacefully at his home after a long illness. He was born on July 25, 1965 in Albany and was the son of the late Lawrence and Mary Vink Tribley. Gregory was educated in the Shenendehowa School System and was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. Callahan Tribley, whom he married on Oct. 10, 1999. He served his country honorably in the United State Army from 1984 – 1990. Gregory had worked for the Walmart Store in Halfmoon for a number of years and earlier, he had worked for Home Depot as an assistant manager. He enjoyed fishing, metal detecting and camping. He enjoyed his trips to Gettysburg.  He was a member of the American Legion Mohawk Post 1450 in Halfmoon.

 

He is the brother of the late Jeffrey G. Tribley; brother in law of Brian Callahan and Patricia Grooms. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday Oct. 30, 2024 11:00 am at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065 with Chaplin Brian of Community Hospice of Saratoga officiating.

 

A calling hour will precede the funeral service from 10-11 am in the funeral home.
