I knew Pierce for just a brief time..........several years at the most........from the YMCA on West Avenue in Saratoga Springs, NY
We would spend a 1/2 hour or so on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays discussing anything and everything.....
We were both Veterans.....
Both had worked at the GE in Schenectady, NY......
He was was sort of from Glens Falls, NY.......
I, from Hudson Falls, NY just a few miles away........
Quite a bit in common one might say........
From what I observed and took away from our many talks, he lived a full life and remained active well into his 90's..........
I, for one, will remember Pierce with fond memories..........
I'm sure we'll meet again dear friend........
