Kathy Maynard, 42, of Sixth Avenue, died on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Jerry and Mary Ryan Maynard.
Kathy was employed as a housekeeper at LaQuinta Inn in Latham.
Loving companion of Carl Brian Flexer, devoted mother of Jenna, Jessica, Joshua and Jeremy Flexer, sister of Lisa Maynard, Barbara "Barbi" Raymond, Jerry Maynard and David Maynard, grandmother of Audrina Mysliwiec, also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family and entrusted to the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (at the corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh), Troy, NY 12182.
