Obituary of Mary Ellen Conroy

Mary Ellen Conroy, 82, entered into eternal life on Thursday, February 1, 2018.

Born in Troy, NY, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Winifred Ratigan Conroy. She was a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College and SUNY Albany from where she earned her BS and MS degrees.

Mary Ellen had been an accountant with C. William Kehn, CPA in Troy for over 30 years.

Mary Ellen was a longtime communicant and trustee at the former St. Paul the Apostle Church in Beman Park and more recently a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church in Sycaway.

She was predeceased by her brother James M. Conroy.

Mary Ellen is the sister-in-law of Louise Conroy O'Brien, aunt of Edward A. (Dr. Beth Pellegrini O'Brien, DVM) O'Brien, III, Esq., cousins Carol (Edward) Harrison and the late Francis Conroy, who is survived by his wife Barbara Conroy.

Private funeral with burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy was officiated by Rev. Randall P. Patterson, Pastor, Our Lady of Victory Church, Troy.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick St., Troy, NY 12180.
