Clifton Park – Dorothy K. "Kathy" Mabb, 74, passed away peacefully on Friday October 28, 2016. Born in Schenectady, she is the daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy Taylor.
Kathy was an accomplished seamstress, loved gardening and was an avid member of the National Rifle Association. She will be missed dearly by her family and all who loved her.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 25 years, Ralph A. Mabb, Jr., her children; Kenneth S. (Dawn) Mead, Matthew J. (Lisa) Mead, Gregory B. Mead and Lori A. Mead; her siblings, Dennis Taylor, Brett (Karen) Taylor, Joyce (Jerry) Albertin, Carolyn King and Denise Haake. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Kathy was predeceased by her sister Diane Taylor.
Funeral services for Kathy will be held on Tuesday November 1st at 12:00 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 10:00 – 12:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Jonesville Cemetery.
